Watch Alice in Chains cover Soundgarden in honor of Chris Cornell

ABC/Randy HolmesAlice in Chains played Ohio's Rock on the Range festival last Friday on what was the one-year anniversary of Chris Cornell's death. To mark the occasion, the grunge rockers ended their set with two Soundgarden covers, "Hunted Down" and "Boot Camp."

Fan-recorded footage of the performances was posted to social media.

Additionally, Tool dedicated their headlining set at Rock on the Range Sunday to Cornell, according to

Soundgarden was supposed to headline last year's Rock on the Range, which was held the weekend after Cornell's death. Instead, the festival held a "special tribute" to the grunge icon.
