Megadeth's David Ellefson announces new book, "More Life with Deth"

Credit: Jeremy SafferMegadeth bassist David Ellefson will continue to tell his life story in More Life with Deth, the follow-up to his 2013 memoir My Life with Deth. The new book is due out in November.

More Life with Deth begins in the mid-2000s following Ellefson's departure from Megadeth, and continues through his reunion with Dave Mustaine in 2010. The book was co-written by music journalist Thom Hazaert and features contributions from Korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch and Alice Cooper.

"It's a good thing Ellefson found some time to write his new book More Life with Deth because I cannot wait to read it to figure out how he does it all!" says Welch. "Keep going David!"

Ellefson and Megadeth play Mesico's Hell & Heaven festival this weekend, and they'll embark on a European tour in June.
