Report: Trey Songz sued again for Philly strip club incident

ABC/Randy HolmesTrey Songz has been reportedly sued again for an alleged assault involving two women outside of a strip club last year in Philadelphia.

Songz was originally sued by one woman, but now that woman’s cousin, who was involved in the incident, has filed a second lawsuit, TMZ reports. Court documents claim the singer assaulted the women outside of the Vanity Grant Cabaret in Philly when they attempted to take a photo of him.

The cousin is accusing Songz of grabbing and twisting her arm and wrist. She says he inflicted mental and physical injuries, including “cosmetic disfigurement,” which caused depression and forced her to undergo psychiatric treatment. She's suing for medical expenses and other damages.

The first lawsuit was filed in December by a woman claiming she had VIP tickets to meet Songz at the strip club. She claims that outside the club, he smacked her phone out of her hand and into her face, breaking her glasses.

As previously reported, Songz was sued last week by a police officer and photographer for allegedly assaulting them following a concert last December in Detroit.
