Korn begins recording next album 

Chiaki Nozu/WireImageWork on Korn's next album has officially begun.

Drummer Ray Luzier revealed the news in an Instagram post announcing that tracking on the new record has started in Nashville's Rock Falcon Studios.

The album will be Korn's follow-up to 2016's The Serenity of Suffering. Frontman Jonathan Davis previously said that new material has "really cool grooves."

In addition to looking forward to a new album, Korn will be celebrating their past with a trio of shows in September commemorating the 20th anniversary of their 1998 album, Follow the Leader.
