“I wish it could never end”: Beyoncé reflects on her On the Run 2 tour with JAY-Z

2018 Parkwood EntertainmentBeyoncé and JAY-Z began the final leg of their On the Run 2 tour Thursday night in New Orleans.  That milestone has Queen Bey reflecting on the tour's end.

“Tonight is the first of the last ten shows of OTRII,” Beyoncé posted on Instagram with a photo of her on stage with JAY. “I’m doing what I love most with whom I love most. I wish it could never end. Feeling thankful for all of the love from our fans around the world. New Orleans, you ready? Let’s go get em!!!”

So far, over one million fans have attended the On the Run 2 tour, which has grossed over $150 million and is projected to earn $250 million.

This weekend is very special for Beyoncé as she returns to her hometown of Houston, Texas to perform shows Saturday and Sunday at NRG stadium. The tour will continue in Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Clara and Vancouver before wrapping up the last of 48 shows total October 4 in Seattle.
