Twenty One Pilots assist passed-out fans at London comeback show

Image Group LA/ABCTwenty One Pilots played their first show in over a year in London on Wednesday and, as you might expect, the crowd was pretty intense. During the concert, several members of the audience reportedly passed out, but luckily the duo was able to spot them and offer their help.

Twice during the show, Tyler Joseph stopped playing to ask security to help out ailing fans. He also requested that the crowd move out of the way so that security could access those in need more quickly. Fan-filmed footage of the concert is streaming now on YouTube.

The London show marked Twenty One Pilots' live comeback after a year-long silence. The band will release their new album Trench on October 5, and they'll launch a U.S. tour October 16 in Nashville.
