Following the Grammy-nominated success of "The Middle," Grey is "Back" with new single

Island RecordsFollowing their hits "Starving" with Hailee Steinfeld and "The Middle," with Zedd and Maren Morris, the electronic duo known as Grey has released a brand-new track.

"Want You Back" features vocals by Swedish singer LÉON. Grey member Michael Trewartha says that the track "really shows the scope of our sound for the first time. We were listening to LÉON a lot and thought she would fit perfectly. She ultimately did."

He adds, "Musically, we want to bring something weird and unique to pop. This song does that. It all felt meant to be.”

Meanwhile, LÉON says, "I’m so happy that this song is finally out in the world! Working with [Grey's] Kyle and Michael on this one has been so fun and special, and I’m really proud of being a part of it. Ever since I recorded it with them I’ve been looking forward to you guys hearing it. Hopefully you’ll love it as much as I do.”

Grey is currently nominated for three Grammys for "The Middle," including Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
