Report: Keyshia Cole sued for allegedly damaging California rental home

ABC/Randy HolmesKeyshia Cole is reportedly being sued for $70,000 for allegedly damaging a California home she rented for two years.

The “Let it Go” singer is being sued by Glenn Feldman, who owns the $2.5 million house in Marina Del Rey that Keyshia rented from March 2017 to May 2019, The Blast reports.

Feldman's lawsuit states, "Defendants breached the lease, as extended, by causing extensive damage to the Property, which rendered it unrentable and which caused substantial damages in form of repair costs by Plaintiff in the total sum of not less than $69,925.49, for the damages and repair work, as more fully set forth and itemized on the statement."

The statement includes $1,400 for new blinds; $8,700 to restore the marble; $6,300 for plaster and painting repairs; $450 to repair a "chewed up" front door; $800 toward landscaping; $6,500 to redo the downstairs flooring; $750 to cut the trees; and over $10K for electrical and carpentry repairs.

Feldman claims that the damage was so bad he couldn't rent the three-bedroom home for three months.

Cole is still in divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, former NBA player, Daniel Gibson. On August 1, she gave birth to her second child, a boy. The father is her boyfriend, Niko Khale.
