Justin Timberlake to receive honorary doctorate from Berklee College of Music 

ABC/Eddy ChenJustin Timberlake didn't graduate from college himself, but he'll be getting a degree in May.

Boston's prestigious Berklee College of Music will present Justin with an honorary Doctor Music degree at its commencement ceremony, scheduled for May 11 at Agganis Arena at Boston University. Justin is being recognized for his, achievement and influence in music," and for his "enduring global impact."

Also receiving degrees will be rapper Missy Elliott and Berklee grad Alex Lacamoire, a musician, arranger and conductor who has worked on Broadway shows like Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, and In the Heights, winning multiple Tony and Grammy Awards.

In accordance with Berklee tradition, the night before commencement, students will pay tribute to Justin and the other honorees by performing their music at a special concert not open to the public.

Meanwhile, Justin's Man of the Woods tour continues March 13 in Fresno, CA.
