Sublime with Rome shares new "Blessings" song, "Light On"

Credit: Andreas RamirezSublime with Rome has shared a new song called "Light On," which will appear on the band's upcoming album, Blessings.

The track reflects frontman Rome Ramirez's journey in Sublime with Rome since the band formed 10 years ago.

'"Light On' is a special song that was very emotional for me to write," Ramirez says. "It has been a very fast 10 years with more ups than downs and I've had my brothers along my side. 'Light On' is me summarizing the last decade while trying to prepare for what's to come. Then the bass drops!"

Blessings, featuring the single "Wicked Heart," is due out May 31.

Earlier this month, bassist Eric Wilson broke his arm and multiple ribs in an ATV accident. He's since been released from the hospital, and the band plans to launch a tour in support of Blessings in June.
