Supergrass announces reunion tour dates & career-spanning box set

BMGEverything is once again "Alright" in the world of Supergrass.

The Britpop band, which had been on hiatus since 2010, reunited for a secret show in England over the weekend, and has now announced more reunion tour dates.

The tour mostly consists of European and U.K. dates, but will make its way into the U.S. for an April 1 show in Los Angeles and an April 9 stop in New York City. Visit for ticket info.

Additionally, Supergrass has announced a massive, career-spanning box set titled Supergrass: The Strange Ones 1994-2008, which is due out January 24.

The 13-CD, six-LP collection includes all six of the group's studio albums, plus a whole host of live tracks, B-sides, remixes, rarities, demos and acoustic recordings. All told, The Strange Ones boasts more than six hours of previously unreleased material.

Supergrass formed in 1993, and helped make up the Britpop scene of the early '90s, alongside bands such as Oasis, Blur, Pulp and Suede. They're best known for their single "Alright"; they also charted in the U.S. with the 1997 single "Cheapskate."
