Jay-Z Teases News Song "Oceans"; Unleashes "Magna Carta Holy Grail" Promo Video Plus Tracklist new promotional videos have surfaced online for Jay-Z's highly-anticipated album, Magna Carta Holy Grail.

With less than a week to go, the rapper has a new piano-driven song that leaked, titled "Oceans," which features, appropriately, Frank Ocean. This marks the second time the artists have collaborated: they previously shared a track for 2011's Watch the Throne.

In the promo clip, Jay tells producer Rick Rubin, “It sounds like a celebration of where we are now on some big yacht, throwing champagne in the water.  But the undertow of the thing is that this is the same water that brought us here originally as slaves, so it has this old duality and how we are rewriting history.”

Earlier in the week, Hov revealed the lyrics to the Justin Timberlake-assisted "Holy Grail," while an Instagram user posted the official track list online after Jay-Z and his Roc Nation label conducted a special scavenger hunt across New York City to find it.

Also, if you download the Jay-Z Magna Carta app in Google Play, you could be one of the million Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy S 4 and Note II owners who'll receive a free copy of Magna Carta Holy Grail, 72 hours before the public can purchase the disc. Visit to learn more.  The album officially arrives July 4.

In related news, Jay-Z and J.T. are scheduled to kick off their “Legends of the Summer” tour on July 17 in Toronto.

Here's the Magna Carta Holy Grail track list:
"Picasso Baby"
"Tom Ford"
"Beach Is Better"
"Oceans (feat. Frank Ocean)"
"Part II (On the Run)"
"La Familia"
"Jay-Z Blue"
"Nickles & Dimes"
"Holy Grail (feat. Justin Timberlake)"

Photo: RankinThe Rolling Stones wrapped up the North American leg of their 50 and Counting tour Monday in Washington, D.C., and now the band is heading back to the U.K. to give their first-ever performance at the famed Glastonbury Festival this Saturday.  In advance of the big show, the rock legends have posted a video online featuring Mick Jagger and Keith Richards discussing the event.

In the clip, Jagger reveals that playing the event will give him a chance to spend some quality time with his family.

"All my kids are gonna be there so I'm gonna be visiting them in the days before the actual show," he points out.  "They've got all kinds of activities set up for me to do.  And my brother also…lives there, actually in Glastonbury.  Not in the field, but he lives in Glastonbury."

Richards, meanwhile, notes, "It's almost as if you were, like, finally destined to play Glastonbury.  I mean, there were many years when we were offered it and turned it down, but I look upon it as a culmination of our British heritage, really.  It had to be done and it's gonna be done and we'll see what happens."

Adds Mick, "We look forward to seeing you in Glastonbury."

Glastonbury, which takes place in Piltdon, England, kicked off Wednesday and runs through Sunday.  In addition to The Stones, who'll play a headlining set on Saturday night, the festival will include performances by Elvis Costello, Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings, Steve Winwood, Smashing Pumpkins, Bobby Womack, Kenny Rogers, Chic Featuring Nile Rodgers and dozens of other acts.

The Rolling Stones also have two more U.K. concerts scheduled, sold-out gigs on July 6 and 13 at London's Hyde Park.

Madonna Cheers Supreme Court's Rulings: "Justice Is Served"

Stephen Lovekin/Getty ImagesIt's no surprise that Madonna applauds the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on Wednesday that paves the way for same-sex marriages to resume in California.

Madonna, who is a longtime gay-rights advocate, writes on Facebook, "What a way to start my day!! I'm wearing a smile from ear to ear. There is a G-D! Justice is served. Hallelujah!!"

In late March, Madonna posted messages on her website and Facebook page calling for a "revolution" promoting marriage equality.  That same month at the GLAAD Media Awards, where she presented an award to Anderson Cooper, she was dressed as a Boy Scout as she denounced the Scouts' anti-gay policy. The Boy Scouts last month voted to end its ban on admitting gay members, though it won't permit gay leaders.

Ludacris Sued for Allegedly Stealing “Sex Room” Lyrics

Ludacris (Island Def Jam)Ludacris is reportedly facing a lawsuit over allegedly stolen lyrics, according to TMZ.

The song in question is Luda's 2010 number “Sex Room” with Trey Songz.  TMZ reports that a Chicago rapper named Marvo claims the hip hop veteran stole the song concept and original lyrics for the baby-making tune, which Marvo says he created back in 2009.

Marvo is accusing the man who produced the cut, Kajun, of having sold the song without his consent.

The song was Luda's third single from his seventh studio album, Battle of the Sexes.  Thanks in part to the Chris Robinson-directed visual for the song, which was inspired by The Hangover film, the track debuted at number five on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart.  It also reached the number 69 slot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Marvo claims he was never compensated,  and is reportedly suing Ludacris and Trey Songz for an unspecified amount.

In related news, Ludacris is currently working on his eighth studio album, Ludaversal, which is expected to arrive sometime in September 2013.

David Nail's New Haircut Getting As Much Attention as His Music Lately

MCA NashvilleDavid Nail has a brand-new single, "Whatever She's Got," now climbing the charts, but his new hairdo is getting just as much attention as the new music. David recently got a flat-top hairstyle with the sides shaved short and longer hair combed back on the top. There wasn't much thought put into the hairstyle on David's end though.

He tells ABC News Radio, "I walked into a place down in Franklin where we live. I just said, 'I want something easy, something simple.' I've always been jealous of people that just kind of were able to wake up and throw it back and not have worry about it."

David had no idea fans would have such strong opinions about his new haircut though. One fan even reviewed David's hair and single in a single tweet.

"His comment was, 'I love the new single. The hair, change that'," David says, "and I thought that that was the funniest thing. I'm pretty sure I retweeted it just because he was so matter-of-fact about it."

Fans will see more of David's new haircut in his upcoming video for "Whatever She's Got," coming out soon.

Hunter Hayes Gets "Crazy" with His First #1 Country Album

Warner Music NashvilleHunter Hayes scores his first #1 on Billboard's Country Albums chart this week with the re-release of his debut album, Hunter Hayes (Encore). The project features his latest hit, "I Want Crazy," which came from a few sessions intended for Hunter's upcoming sophomore album.

In an effort to get the song out to fans faster, Hunter and his team came up with the idea for the deluxe edition of his debut album. The idea of re-releasing his debut album with new and re-recorded songs was strange for the 21-year-old star at first.

Hunter says with a laugh, "'Crazy' kind of sums up the concept. It sums up the concept because it is crazy for me to do an (Encore). To do the deluxe edition. I don't know. It may become a thing, but for now it's weird, and I didn't know we were going to do it."

Now that (Encore) is doing so well, Hunter had a little more time to prepare for a proper sophomore album. He's currently thinking and writing for the project, but Hunter isn't rushing the process.

"In my mind, it's a ways away," Hunter explains. "I'm not saying it's years off, but in my mind, creatively, I can't think of it that way."

On Friday, Adele was in New York City for a record company event, and while she was there, she was presented with her special Diamond award trophy.  Adele is the only British or European female artist in history ever to sell 10 million or more copies of an album in the U.S.  Worldwide, 21 has sold more than 25 million copies.

According to E!, Adele, the boy and their pals were surrounded by security as they spent more than an hour looking at polar bears, penguins and snow leopards.  Later, they hit the petting area to hang out with goats and alpacas.

Adele's son was born in October; his dad is her boyfriend, Simon Konecki, who she's been dating since 2011.
