(ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.) -- In a state known as a final resting place for retirees, Florida's legislature has passed a most appropriate bill: making it illegal to drive too slowly in the fast lane.
The measure, which will impose a $60 fine for driving 10 miles an hour or more under the posted limit in the left lane, passed the Sunshine State's House and Senate this week, ABC News affiliate WFTS-TV reports.
Appropriately nicknamed the "road rage bill," it will soon go before Gov. Rick Scott to sign into law.
