A San Diego mother has filed a potential class action lawsuit against Chuck E. Cheese claiming children are being exposed to illegal gambling. Denise Keller says the arcade games that dispense tickets, redeemable for prizes, have flashing lights, require little skill, and are essentially potentially addictive tot slot machines.
