FBI Nabs One of Ten 'Most Wanted' in Central America

FBI(NEW YORK) -- The American who replaced Osama bin Laden on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list is in custody in Managua, Nicaragua.

Eric Justin Toth has been sought by U.S. authorities since 2008 on charges of possessing and producing child pornography.

Toth last worked at Washington National Cathedral’s exclusive Beauvoir Elementary School when an explicit image of a child was found on a camera he owned.  However, by the time officials notified police, Toth had fled the area and the country.

The FBI went into full overdrive to find Toth last year, claiming that he posed a dangerous threat to children.  His image was plastered on billboards everywhere in D.C. and even in New York City's Time Square.

Among other things, Toth was accused of installing a camera in his third-grade class’s bathroom to videotape children.  He was alleged to have been particularly fond of male students and would also offer to babysit them.

Although Toth is under arrest in central America, he has yet to be extradited to the U.S.
