(MIAMI) -- A Florida elementary school teacher was released on a thousand bucks' bail Thursday after she was charged with felony battery of a child for allegedly forcing a 10-year-old student to use his bare hand to unclog a urinal she accused him of clogging.
According to the Sun-Sentinel, 58-year-old Broward Community Charter School teacher Jennifer King Forshey was arrested Wednesday for telling the child to fish paper towels from the clogged fixture in the Coral Springs school on Feb. 6.
The unidentified student apparently asked the principal for hand soap because his hands were soaked with urine, and there was no soap in the lavatory.
Another teacher apparently overheard Forshey's instruction as well.
After her arrest, Forshey apparently admitted to the crime.
"She only thinks what she did was wrong because she is in trouble for it," cops told the paper. "Otherwise, she does not see anything wrong with exposing a child to urine."
