Memorial Held for Fallen Navy SEAL Sniper Chris Kyle

Ingram Publishing/Thinkstock(ARLINGTON, Texas) -- Thousands attended the memorial service for former Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle at Cowboys Stadium Monday. Kyle was shot at a gun range by a fellow veteran while trying to help the man cope with PTSD.

At the service, Kyle's wife Taya remembered her fallen husband, calling him “the most uniquely idealistic, fun, loving, intelligent, intuitive and sensitive man I had ever met.”

"I stand before you a broken woman," she said, "but I am now and always will be the wife of a man who's a warrior both on and off the battlefield.

Eddie Ray Routh, the man charged with killing 38-year-old Chris Kyle and 35-year-old Chad Littlefield, is being held on $3 million bond.
