New Lawsuit Filed Against Casey Anthony

Red Huber-Pool/Getty Images(ORLANDO, Fla.) -- Casey Anthony can't stay out of trouble, even when she's in seclusion.  The 25-year-old Orlando, Fla., woman is being sued by the man who found her two-year-old daughter's body in 2008.

Former meter reader Roy Kronk alleges that Anthony defense's team suggested that he had something to do with Caylee Anthony's disappearance and death during the sensational trial earlier in the year in which Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murder.

Kronk's complaint states that defense attorney Jose Baez and his team implied he was, "a killer, a child snatcher and morally bankrupt" and that Kronk placed the remains of Anthony's daughter where they would be found.

However, Baez's contention that Caylee accidentally drowned in the family pool proves that all the allegations made against Kronk were false, the complaint says.

Casey Anthony already faces two other lawsuits in Florida, one by a woman who says Caylee was taken by a nanny who shares her name and the other by a nonprofit group that wants to be reimbursed for expenses in the search for Caylee.
