(MIAMI) -- A 45-foot party boat capsized in waters near Miami on Sunday evening, tossing dozens of people into the water.
The Coast Guard reports that all 30 people on board have been rescued. A dog onboard was also saved, according to officials.
The private boat took on water before capsizing near the Miami Seaquarium and Good Samaritans, officials said.
As of Monday, the boat is still partially submerged.
Investigators are now questioning the unlicensed captain, who allegedly charged each passenger about $40 for the ride.
