Piers Morgan Questioned About Phone Hacking

Ramin Talaie/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- CNN host and former America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan revealed Thursday that he was questioned by London police in connection to his role in alleged phone-hacking at the Daily Mirror, where he served as editor from 1995 to 2004.

Morgan, who was also editor of Rupert Murdoch's News of the World newspaper from 1994 to 1995, said in a statement that he was not arrested and voluntarily had an interview with officials.

The 48-year-old has long denied involvement in phone hacking.
