Severe Flooding in the Midwest Causes Three Deaths 

iStockphoto/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) -- Several towns are under siege across the Midwest, where days of heavy rain have caused a rise in river levels and flash flooding. At least three people are dead due to the dangerous flood levels.
