Man Hit by Tractor-Trailer on Bozrah's Route 2 

(BOZRAH, Conn.) -- A collision involving a pedestrian and a tractor-trailer forced part of Route 2 in Bozrah to be shut down on Tuesday morning.

Authorities told ABC affiliate WTNH-TV, that a man had gotten out of his vehicle to relieve himself and while making his way back to the vehicle, he was struck by a tractor-trailer just before 6 a.m. on the eastbound side of the roadway in the area of exits 22 and 23.

The victim was taken to Providence Hospital in Rhode Island, with serious injuries.
