(WASHINGTON) -- Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton acknowledged in a conversation with New York Magazine that she is considering a presidential campaign in 2016.
Some experts believe that if Clinton opted to run for president in 2016, she would begin the race with an advantage on any Democrat in the running, including Vice President Joe Biden.
In the interview, Clinton said that she is "not in any hurry." She described the decision as "a serious decision, not to be made lightly, but it's also not one that has to be made soon."
Clinton ran in the 2008 Democratic primary but was defeated by Barack Obama. Obama later appointed Clinton to his cabinet.
