Mitt Romney Still 'Not Running' for President

ABC/ DONNA SVENNEVIK(WASHINGTON) -- Mitt Romney has been making headlines with recent appearances on TV and in newspapers, but he says that shouldn't be taken as an indication he is running for president.

"I'm not running, I'm not planning on running," Romney said on NBC's the Today show Monday.

He said that even though he lost in his last bid for the White House, he still cares about what happens in the U.S.

"When you lose, it doesn't mean you stop caring," the former governor of Massachusetts said.
