(WASHINGTON) -- President Obama on Wednesday will highlight Massachusetts' health care law to "help set important perspective" about the rocky Obamacare rollout.
Speaking at Boston's historic Faneuil Hall -- the site where former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney signed the state's health reform law -- Obama will draw lessons from the state's experience and argue that his signature law is working, according to the White House.
The speech comes on the same day that embattled Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will testify before Congress for the first time since the problem-plagued rollout of HealthCare.gov.
