(SAN FRANCISCO) -- A day after meeting with a dozen of the nation's top business and technology leaders, President Obama will continue on the tech track, visiting Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon on Friday.
Obama will tour the world’s most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility with the company's president and CEO, Paul Otellini. He will then follow his tour with a speech on the "importance of out-educating our competitors in order to win the future," according to the White House.
During his speech, the president is also expected to name Otellini to the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, an advisory board focusing on promoting growth and encouraging hiring.
