(WASHINGTON) -- Congress comes back next week with a full plate of business to handle. A new federal regulation on power plant air pollution is at the top of the list of regulations that House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., says his members will vote to repeal when Congress returns. Cantor tells his GOP colleagues that in a weak economy new federal regulations prevent job growth.
Cantor also says the House will take up what he calls pro-growth tax relief this fall.
