Police Arrest 27-Year-Old Man for Allegedly Stealing Car

(RENO, Nev.) -- A 27-year-old man is behind bars after police allege they caught him stealing a car.

Shawn Melanaphy was arrested Thursday following a brief chase on foot with police.

He is charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
