Red Flag Warning in the Forecast for Tonight

(RENO, Nev.) -- A red flag warning is in effect for Western Nevada and the Lake Tahoe Region until 11 p.m., according to a report in The Reno Gazette-Journal.

According to the report, the National Weather Service in Reno is expecting wind gusts up to 45 miles per hour in the Reno area tonight.

The forecast calls for calmer winds and rain on Friday.
