Reno Business Evacuates Nine People after Acid Spill

(RENO, Nev.) -- A Reno business evacuated nine people on Friday because of an acid spill, ABC affiliate KOLO reports.

An employee at Sierra Sciences, a biotech firm on South Rock Boulevard, dropped a box with  a small container of hydrochloric acid.

One employee, who was exposed to the chemical, may have to be treated.
