Reno Man Sentenced for Burglarizing Vehicles

(RENO, Nev.) -- A 60-year-old man was sentenced Thursday to up to 20 years in prison for burglarizing vehicles during the 2011 National Championship Air Races, the Reno Gazette-Journal reports.

Washoe District Judge Brent Adams also sentenced Donald Buckner as a habitual criminal, which enhances the sentence. Buckner pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted burglary and one count of burglary in two separate cases earlier this year.

Buckner now has 12 felony convictions over a 42-year-old criminal history.
