Topaz Ranch Estate Fire Rages On

(DOUGLAS COUNTY, Nev.) -- Friday morning saw continued efforts from fire crews in the battle against the Topaz Ranch Estate fire.
On Thursday night, officials said the wildfire had already torched some 7,500 acres of land and was 35 percent contained. So far, two homes have been lost to the flames while 17 other structures reportedly suffered damages, according to ABC's Reno affiliate KOLO-TV.
Nearly 600 firefighters have been called out to battle the raging flames.
There have been no reports of injury.
