Airplane Crash in Kane County Leaves Four Dead
(KANE COUNTY, Utah) -- A plane crash in Kane County has left four people dead, ABC affiliate KTVX reports.
The single-engine Cirrus SR20 departed from North Las Vegas Airport for Bryce Canyon before 11 a.m. Tuesday, officials said. The aircraft was reported missing by the company that owns it when it failed to arrive at its destination. The wreckage was discovered around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on a mountain near Zion National Park.
The names of the victims were not immediately released. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the crash.
