Man Shot in Domestic Dispute; Two in Custody

(WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah) -- A man has been hospitalized following a shooting in West Valley City on Sunday night.

The shooting reportedly happened around 7 p.m. at the Shadow Brook Apartments on South Redwood Road. Police said a man was shot in the stomach during some sort of domestic dispute inside an apartment, with the victim managing to make it outside and collapse in a grassy area.

The victim was taken to an area hospital and is listed in critical condition.

A man and a woman have been taken into custody in connection with the shooting.
