Police Seek Public's Help in Finding Murder Suspect

(SAN FRANCISCO) -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted in a murder near the Balboa BART station, ABC affiliate KGO-TV reports.

Police say the man shot another man execution style just after midnight on June 28 in a robbery attempt or a case of mistaken identity. The suspect is described as having long dreadlocks, and was seen wearing a grey sweatshirt. The suspect was armed with a semi-automatic weapon. He reportedly jumped into a Pontiac Grand Am or a similar vehicle and fled. A dark SUV, possibly with accomplices inside, followed his vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to call the SFPD at 415-575-4444.
