Four-Alarm Blaze Damages Several Businesses

(SAN FRANCISCO) -- Several businesses sustained damage Tuesday morning after a fire broke out in San Francisco's Ingleside District.

The four-alarm blaze was reported shortly before 6 a.m. on the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue. Firefighters responded and worked to get the blaze under control, but not before it caused damage to at least six businesses, according to published reports.

Two firefighters reportedly had to be treated for injuries.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
