Hydrocarbon Leak Causes Refinery Fire

(RICHMOND, Calif.) -- There was a fire at the Chevron refinery in Richmond on Monday afternoon, reports ABC affiliate KGO-TV.

Company officials say the massive blaze was parked by a vapor leak of hydrocarbon, and was finally extinguished Tuesday morning.

The EPA and Cal-OSHA is conducting their own investigations into exactly what caused the leak, and Chevron held a meeting on Tuesday to address any concerns from residents.
