From 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturday, the <span>SFPD</span> will man <span>DUI</span>/driver's  license checkpoints. The </span><em><span><span>Chronicl</span></span>e</em> reports that the  three allegedly chased the bird into the trees in the hotel's wildlife  habitat before emerging with the bird's severed head. The victim replied that he didn't have any money, and according to a police report, the pair locked arms and the female suspect walked away.<br /><br />The victim then realized his cellphone was missing, and police say when he confronted the suspect, she pulled out a screwdriver and threatened the victim.<br /><br />The victim then followed the suspect and notified police, who arrived and arrested the woman.<br /><br />Copyright 2013 ABC News Radio</p>]]></content></entry></feed>
