Boy, 8, Struck and Killed While Riding Toy Motorcycle

(SAN JOSE, Calif.) -- Police are investigating an incident where an 8-year-old boy was struck and killed while riding a toy motorcycle in San Jose.
The incident happened on Friday night in the area of Farm Drive and Dakan Court. Police said the boy was riding a motorized toy motorcycle in the street, when he was struck by a truck.
The child was taken to Valley Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver involved reportedly remained at the scene and has been cooperating with investigators.
