Man Shot and Killed in East Palo Alto

(EAST PALO ALTO, Calif.) -- A man was shot and killed on the 2500 block of Gloria Way late Wednesday night, according to ABC affiliate KGO-TV.

One witness said she saw a suspicious SUV in the area, and police, who currently do not have any leads or motives in the shooting, are asking witnesses for more tips.  The victim has been identified as 31-year-old Scedrick Tippins Jr., according to the report.

People are urged to call East Palo Alto police at (650) 321-1112 if they have any information regarding the shooting.
