Muni Service May Be Disrupted by Bayview Protest

(SAN FRANCISCO) -- Various groups are planning to shut down Muni service on Monday to protest the attack of organized labor, racial discrimination policies enforced by Muni and the Police Department and to commemorate the death of Kenneth Harding, who died after getting shot by police when he ran away from the Muni when he could not show his transfer ticket on July 16, 2011, according to the San Francisco Examiner.

Although there is no specific time planned for the protest, there is a growing support for the protest within the online community.
