(3) Notre Dame Dominates Wake Forest, 38-0

Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images(South Bend, Ind.) -- (3) Notre Dame made sure this game was never in doubt.  Running back Cierre Woods ran for a 68 yard touchdown less than two minutes into the game, and the Fighting Irish never looked back as it they dominated Wake Forest (5-6) 38-0.

Everett Golson threw completed 20 of his 30 passes for 346 yards and three touchdowns, as Notre Dame finishes its season undefeated at home for the first time since 1998.

Notre Dame (11-0) plays USC, who lost to crosstown rival UCLA Saturday, in California Saturday. A win would complete a perfect regular season for the Irish and give it a chance at playing in the BCS Championship game.

"It's easier now because we have one game left," Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly said. "For us the focus and not looking ahead, we don't have to worry about that anymore. We've got one game left on our schedule."

That game will kickoff at the Los Angeles Coliseum Saturday at approximately 8 pm eastern time, on ABC.
