Anquan Boldin Will Retire If Cut by Ravens

Scott Halleran/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- If the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens decide to cut wide receiver Anquan Boldin, he would rather retire than play for another team.

One of the biggest reasons the team won the Super Bowl, the 32-year-old Boldin has one year left on his four-year deal with the team worth $25 million. He is due $6 million in 2013, but the team is facing tough cap decisions heading into free agency.

The team has six starters, including Dannell Ellerbe, Joe Flacco, Paul Kruger, and Ed Reed who are all set to become unrestricted free agents.

"I won't play in another uniform," Bolding told Pro Football Talk. "We have a saying, once a Raven, always a Raven, and I'll always be a Raven."

Boldin just wrapped up his tenth NFL season, and third with the Ravens. This past season, Boldin caught 65 passes for 921 yards and four touchdowns. In the Super Bowl, Boldin caught 6 passes for 104 yards and a touchdown.
