Maualuga was injured in the second quarter of the Bengals 49-9 win over the New York Jets Sunday when he crashed into running back Chris Ivory after a two-yard run. Maualuga had to be carted off the field.  He was diagnosed with a knee injury and a concussion.

The 26-year-old Maualuga has 51 tackles this year. During his five NFL seasons, he has 399 tackles, six forced fumbles, three sacks and three interceptions.

The Bengals (6-2) will take on the Miami Dolphins (3-4) at Sun Life Stadium Thursday night.
