Greg Jennings Is Back from Concussion

Nick Laham/Getty Images(GREEN BAY, Wis.) -- Green Bay Packers receiver Greg Jennings practiced in pads Sunday for the first time since August 3.

The 28-year-old Jennings suffered a concussion around the time of the teams' Family Night Scrimmage.

"I hit my head on the ground, split my nose," Jennings said, according to The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "But it was probably a little bit before that. Got hit Wednesday, practiced, finished practice. The next day, headaches during practice. Didn't think anything of it. Friday, Family Night, I probably re-aggravated it."

Jennings claims he will play in the Packers' preseason game Thursday versus the Bengals.

In 13 games last season, Jennings caught 67 balls, for 949 yards and 9 touchdowns, and was selected to his second Pro Bowl.
