Knicks Rally to Beat Cavaliers

Rob Carr/Getty Images(CLEVELAND) -- The New York Knicks got a big comeback win, but may have lost a big piece of their team.

The Knicks came back from a 22-point deficit to defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers, 102-97 on Monday night at Quicken Loans Arena.

New York (36-21) won the game despite losing Carmelo Anthony to a knee injury in the first half. Anthony said it was a nagging injury he aggravated. "It's just sore, not pain, sore and stiffness," Anthony said outside New York's locker room. "It's been going on for a while now."

He also said that he underwent an MRI "a couple of days ago" and the results were negative. Anthony scored six points before coming out.

After the injury, the Knicks went on a run to get back into the game. Amare Stoudemire had 22 points to lead the way for New York.

Kyrie Irving had 22 after missing the last three games for the Cavaliers (20-40).
