NFL Preview: Colts At Patriots

David Dermer/Diamond Images/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- A new chapter of the New England Patriots (6-3) and Indianapolis Colts (6-3) historic rivalry will kick off on Sunday.

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck will have his first taste of the matchup and is looking forward to it.

"It's a big game obviously, a huge game," said Luck.  "It definitely will be exciting, a big atmosphere in Foxborough.  I don't think we'll get too caught up in the excitement of it and hopefully go out and play solid football."

Luck does admit though that he was tuned in when former Colts quarterback Peyton Manning would go up against Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

"You always tried to watch that game," said Luck.  "I remember some of the playoff games, great games and great franchises."

Brady credited Luck for his rookie success.

"I always admire those rookie's who can do it, because it is such a challenge," said Brady.

Luck comes into the game with 159 yards on the ground with five rushing touchdowns and Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is well aware of that.

"He's gotten better each week," Belichick said. "He does a real good job of avoiding the rush but also keeping his eyes downfield and not just pulling the ball down and trying to run or kind of panicking in the pocket. He has a lot of poise."

Kickoff is set for 4:25 P.M. Eastern.
