Report: Ramon Sessions Agrees to Join Bobcats

Los Angeles Lakers/NBA(CHARLOTTE, N.C) -- Guard Ramon Sessions agreed to a two-year contract with the Charlotte Bobcats Thursday, his agent Jared Karnes told ESPNLosAngeles.com.

Financial terms of the deal haven't been disclosed.

Sessions averaged 11.3 points and 5.5 assists while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers last season.

He takes over the point guard position from D.J. Augustin, whose qualifying offer was rescinded and is now an unrestricted free agent.

Sessions has also played for the Milwaukee Bucks and Minnesota Timberwolves during his five-year career.
