Stanford Moves up BCS Standings

iStockPhoto/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) -- Stanford, coming off of a thrilling, 56-48, triple-overtime victory against USC on Saturday night, moved two spots up to fourth in the BCS standings.  Boise State fell one spot to fifth.

The top three spots in the standings did not change.  LSU and Alabama, who will face off Saturday in Tuscaloosa, are first and second, respectively, followed by Oklahoma State.

Oklahoma, which beat Kansas State over the weekend, moved up from ninth to sixth, followed by Arkansas, Oregon, South Carolina, and Nebraska to round out the top ten.  Clemson fell from fifth to 11th and Kansas State dropped six spots to 14th after both teams lost over the weekend.
