A win in Wisconsin could mean Mitt Romney’s nomination is all but guaranteed, and some are already speculating about his running mate. Finally, the roundtable discusses the oral arguments before the Supreme Court for and against the Affordable Care Act. Does the law’s individual mandate violate the Constitution? The judges’ questions have led some to believe the law could be in trouble.
